Free trial offer. 50ft film sent thinking it was ‘family memories’ but it turned out to be a ‘Striptease topless glamour’ film from the 1960s!!
Hi Cliff and Emily,
Thanks for my free demo’ DVD I am very pleased with the quality, but, to my huge disappointment, not the content! As I sat and started watching – with great anticipation – I wondered why ‘Kindergarten Tutor’ was titled at the start, and then I thought ‘who is that woman? I don’t recognise her’ – she sat down and took her shoe off, then she took the other shoe off.......THAT was when it struck me, and I looked more closely at the actual box, where it is all so obvious! I am so embarrassed about this – my Dad obviously (or maybe it was my Mum) bought this ‘Pin Ups’ reel in the mid 1960s, where I tought my Dad had recorded them all himself.!!
I told my best man and he nearly wetted himself with laughter! Anyway, I would like to send what I am sure is my Aunt Sheila’s Wedding (and what might be an Isle Of Wight trip), and an audio tape (I don’t know WHAT is on that) I’ll send these off to you very soon. I see on the website that I will be informed of the cost for my transfer, so I guess I will also hear from YOU in due course. Thanks ver much for this great service, I am looking forward to having the full set of our films done.

REPLY from Cliff .......Hello Scott *******No need to be embarrassed! - this happens all the time - people are often 'taken aback' by some of the films that their parents had in their collections!
These type of films are NOT pornographic - they are generally 'topless titillation' as seen on page 3 in todays tabloids.
We find them amusing, and our customers' 'astonishment' even more so!
YES by all means send in whatever you want us to look at, we will quantify and let you know - no obligation.

AND FINALLY – SCOTT’s ORIGINAL ENQUIRY..................... I remember whilst growing up that my Dad - Clive - had a cine camera, and occasionally we would all sit down and watch old home movies (this was probably in the mid-70's, so they weren't THAT old - maybe up to 15 years at the time). A part in the projector stopped working many years ago (could be over 30 years), and as far as I know, he never got round to finding out where to write to for parts or how to get it fixed. My Mum died in 1984, and in 2004, he started to live on his own (I moved in with my girlfriend, and as of 28th Feb, my new wife). Sadly, he has also died - on 21st Jan, just weeks before the wedding. A really bad time. As I am an only child, I have been going through all the stuff in his house, and found a magazine cutting for yourselves (I don't know how old it is), and I hoped that he still had these Cine Films. With tears of joy & sadness, I found them on Monday, and this is now the time to contact yourselves about hopefully getting them onto DVD's. I have 12 of these, plus an audio tape (I have just remembered he had one of those tape-wind machines as well - that may be gone), and would like to send the audio tape - and one of the films - to you on Friday. Very few of these are marked as to what may be on them (there appear to be two weddings, one of which is his sisters'). The first one I would like to send has 'GPS' written on the cover - no idea what that means in the family. I have had a wee look on your website about cost per feet etc, but I would just like to send these, and you can tell me how much it would be once you have had a look at them. I would like to send these two off to you, as I've said, on Friday, and am just getting ready to leave work just now, so I won't be able to reply until tomorrow. I don't want to build my hopes up too much, but I am quite hopeful of a great outcome.
