Thanks for calling – just back from London on Monday afternoon- We had a great time – fascinating tour of Westminster on Friday. Our hotel was fantastic – (The Shaftesbury on Shaftesbury Avenue) as always -and we saw FOUR shows 1) Priscilla Queen Of the Desert 2) Legally Blonde 3) Flashdance and 4) Jersey Boys – all of them are fantastic shows – do go yourself if you can.

As usual, on our return (even after only 4 days away) there are masses of e.mails enquiries and telephone messages to answer (I’ll do all that this afternoon/evening) then back to doing the transfer work first thing tomorrow morning.

Please note that we are now entering our ‘Christmas Rush’ period, which is ALWAYS mad ! hectic and we get EXTREMELY busy. Please send your orders as soon as you can so that we can maximise the speed of turnaround. Last year we returned all orders which got here by December 1st in good time for Christmas – but really – the sooner the better with your orders please.

Dear Emily, Further to our conversation on Monday, please find enclosed a cheque for £33 for 3 additional copies of the **** **** Scout Group DVD that you copied from cine about a month ago. In fact, two weeks earlier you also copied 2 other cines that I sent to see what the results were like. If you could combine both orders on to the three copies that would be great.

The quality of pictures that you have achieved from these ancient cine films (1950s !!) is unbelievable. I had no expectation of such excellent results.
