Site Investigation crews accompany the Engineers on their first visit and are able to carry out full site investigations at the instruction of the Engineer. Reports advising on cause and liability are issued following on from our first visit. Factual Laboratory analysis of the soil samples confirms cause within 4 weeks.
The Insured and Insurer are updated regularly during the monitoring period. We arrange any tree works and repair schemes that are required.
The system achieves quick economic and amicable claim settlement from initial instruction through to reinstatement.
Whilst each claim must be considered on its own merits, completion is within 6-15 months of instruction. Insurers and
the Insured appreciate this level of service and expertise.
